What we collect

When you create an account or register for a tournament we collect your name, email, optional phone number, skill level, team/partner details, and (for paid events) payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.

How we use it

To run tournaments: create accounts, manage registrations and payments, seed brackets, publish standings, send tournament-related email (confirmations, receipts, match notifications, password resets), and check players in on event day. We use privacy- respecting analytics (Plausible) to understand site traffic in aggregate.

What we share

Your team name and match results appear in public brackets, participant lists, and rankings for the tournaments you enter. We share data with the service providers that make CourtQuest work — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database hosting), Google (sign-in and, if an organizer enables it, a tournament registration spreadsheet). We do not sell your personal information.

Minors

Tournaments may include participants under 18. A parent or guardian should create or supervise the account and accept the waiver on the minor's behalf. Contact us to review or delete a minor's information.

Your choices

You can update your profile in Settings, request a copy or deletion of your data, or withdraw from a tournament by contacting us. Deleting an account with tournament history may require us to retain limited records for event integrity and accounting.
