1. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your login secure. One account per person. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian create or supervise the account.
2. Tournaments & conduct
By registering you agree to follow each tournament's rules, the decisions of referees and organizers, and to accept the participant waiver. CourtQuest may remove any participant for unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct, and may reschedule, reformat, or cancel an event when necessary.
3. Entry fees & payment
Some tournaments charge an entry fee, shown before you register, and payable by card (processed by Stripe) or cash at check-in where the organizer allows it. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is completed (card) or collected at check-in (cash). See our Refund Policy.
4. Assumption of risk
Athletic activity carries inherent risks. Participation is governed by the Participant Waiver, which you accept at registration.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform — no attempts to access other users' accounts, disrupt the service, or submit fraudulent registrations or payments.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
